OFFERINGS
Galvanise is a business angel syndicate focusing on high growth start-ups in the digital space. We are open to applications from new members of the syndicate. For Investors who meet the qualifying criteria, we offer opportunities to invest in a portfolio of early stage private companies, which provides entrepreneurs with the seed funding they need. Upon joining the Galvanise syndicate, investors will have the opportunity to invest on a deal by deal basis and will always be in control of their own investment decisions.
INVESTMENTS
In terms of round size, a investment for the syndicate typically range between £150,000 and £1,000,000. Often our investments qualify under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS).
Once a business has passed our rigorous vetting process and joined our portfolio, we seek to add value in more than just a financial sense. The founding directors Nicholas Jones, Harry Weber-Brown and Devina Paul are highly experienced professionals with many years of experience in the digital economy. In addition to that, we have attracted a unique and diverse depth and breadth of experience and specialism in our member investors.
Often our members have the opportunity to become involved in actively contributing to portfolio companies. Where appropriate, investors are able to offer their experience, insights and contacts for portfolio companies to leverage. In doing so Galvanise members have added genuine value when working with portfolio companies, as reflected honestly in the portfolio company [testimonials], and they have enjoyed contributing to the growth journey.
